Exploration Squadron E-12

Historical

Squadron E-12 was to be equipped with Latécoère 521 "Lieutenant de Vaisseau Paris" and Latécoère 522 "Ville de Saint-Pierre". But these two aircraft will eventually be assigned to Squadron E-6 who lost by accident, one of his 3 Latécoère 523.

It is therefore decided to equip the Lioré & Olivier LéO H426 Escadrille E-12, but only one aircraft, the No. 4, will be delivered before the Armistice. It is not yet operational when the flight ban occurs.
