The
F1C Fleet is created late, on March 6, 1940. It is composed
of two Squadrons previously assigned to Fleet F1A: AC-1 and
AC-2. Unlike the other Fleets, the two Squadrons will be used
for joint actions: the attachment to the Fleet is therefore
not only administrative.
