On May 10, 1940, GB II / 11 belongs to Group No. 11 of the Southeast Bombardment Aviation Training Group of the ZOAA (Alpine Air Operations Area).

The GB II / 11 is transferred to Marrakech after Armisitce in anticipation of a shipment to Dakar. But the Group will be dissolved in August 1940
