  Assigned to GR I/22, transferred to Syria on 5 July 1941. Back at GR I/22, it was involved in an accident on 9 September 1941. The aircraft landed on fire, following an engine fire. Pilot Second-Lieutenant Maurice GEIN jumped from the aircraft, which was still taxiing, but was hit by the tail: he was killed instantly.
The observer, Sub-Lieutenant MAHIEU, was badly burned and managed to get out of the plane, which ended up on a wooden horse, but died of his injuries on 17th September 1941. Sergeant-Chef PLUMECOQ (Mechanic) and Adjutant-Chef FLATRES (Radio) were also severely burned.
