Aircraft delivered to air France and nicknamed "Antares". Taken in a violent storm, the aircraft disappeared off Morocco on October 25, 1937 during the return journey: there were no survivors (5 people).

Aircraft delivered to air France and nicknamed "Cassiopee". After the "Antares" accident, the remaining two D.333s were allocated by Air France on the lines of the South American network for the link between Buenos Aires and Natal. The "Cassiopeia" was based in Rio de Janeiro. At the Armistice, the Argentine authorities, pushed by the United States, seize the D.333 which are stored on the spot. The aircraft was sold at the end of 1943 to the Argentine Air Force, and incorporated on January 17, 1944 under registration number T-172, the 2nd Transport Regiment, based in El Palomar, near Buenos Aires. It will probably remain in service until July 1946.
